The Netherlands, Belgium & Germany

• Shipping costs: €4.95
• Free shipping on orders over €50
• Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
• Delivery usually within 1–3 business days.
• Shipped with DPD.

Rest of Europe

• Shipping costs: €14.95
• Free shipping on orders over €150
• Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
• Delivery usually within 3–7 business days.
• Shipped with DPD, DHL or UPS.

International Shipping

• Shipping costs: €49.95
• Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
• Delivery times depend on the destination country.
• Shipped with DPD, DHL or UPS.

Important

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, taxes and/or customs fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. LE BIG has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.

Store Pickup

You can also choose to collect your order free of charge at our store in Amsterdam. Simply select Store Pickup during checkout. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
