At LE BIG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item isn't quite what you expected, you can easily return your order.

Return period

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Returns are accepted provided that:

• The item has not been worn.
• The item is undamaged.
• All original tags are still attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.

Return costs

You can return your order in two ways:

The cost of returning your order is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method used for your original order.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, simply place a new order.
